- Account Information: We collect your Email Address solely for authentication purposes via OTP (One-Time Password). A unique User ID is generated to secure your identity.
- Gameplay Data: We record game results (SHA-256 hashes and scores) to maintain the global leaderboard.
3. Use of Information
The collected data is used exclusively for:
- App Functionality: Authenticating your session and synchronizing your records across devices.
- Fairness Verification: Storing hashed results to allow users to verify the provably fair algorithms.
- Infrastructure: Analyzing traffic patterns to maintain server stability.
4. Data Security & Third-Party Services
We employ military-grade encryption standards. We utilize Supabase for secure authentication and database management. We ensure that our third-party partners adhere to strict data protection standards.
5. Account Deletion (Right to Erasure)
You have the full right to delete your data.
- In-App Deletion (Instant & Recommended): You can delete your account instantly by navigating to Account Management > Delete Account in the App. This is the fastest way to remove your data.
- Web Request (For Lost Access Only): If you cannot access the App, you may request deletion via email at contact@flyever.io.
Important: To verify ownership, you must send the request from the exact email address associated with your account. Requests sent from unmatched email addresses cannot be processed for security reasons.
6. Disclaimer: No Real Money Gambling
The "Don't Trust Your Luck" app is a simulation experiment for educational and entertainment purposes only. It does NOT offer real money gambling, nor does it provide any opportunity to win real money or prizes. All in-game points are virtual and hold no real-world monetary value.
